Structure of the judiciary, jurisdiction, trial and appellate courts, High Court functioning, civil and criminal proceedings, court hierarchy, the role of the advocate, court terminology, cause lists, and how a matter actually moves through the system.
Outcome: "I understand where I am and what happens next."
Breaking a case down: facts → issues → law → evidence → strategy → relief. Reading case files, identifying issues, finding relevant provisions, understanding pleadings, spotting strengths and weaknesses, preparing a case brief, and anticipating the opponent's case.
Outcome: "Give me a case file and I know how to approach it."
Drafting, filing, scrutiny, defects, service, appearance, adjournments, interim applications, orders, compliance, certified copies, next procedural steps, practical file management, and preparing for a hearing.
Outcome: "I know what needs to happen before, during and after a hearing."
The Drafting Lab: receive facts → draft → submit → get reviewed → correct → redraft. Notices, applications, pleadings, affidavits, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, case summaries, arguments, list of dates, list of documents, and filing a Vakalatnama, memo of appearance, NOC, copy application and process form.
Outcome: "I can turn facts and law into a usable legal document."
Opening submissions, structuring arguments, addressing the court, answering questions, handling interruptions, responding to objections, making concise submissions, oral advocacy, closing submissions — and the Courtroom Drill, where the mentor deliberately challenges you: "Counsel, where is that provision?" "What is your authority?" "What exactly are you asking the court to grant?" "Assume the opposite side says this — respond."
Outcome: "I can stand up and make an oral submission in court."
Mock hearings, case simulations, argument drills, file preparation and advocacy exercises. You receive a hypothetical case, understand the facts, identify issues, research the law, prepare the file, draft, develop arguments, present before the "court," respond to questions, receive feedback, and re-present.

No. LAWPEX Courtroom Mastery is a focused, in-person weekend program at our Narsingi office — 30 hours across 5 weekends, ₹9,000 total (₹3,000 a month) for the October–December batch. The Practical Law Course is a longer 3-month, 12-weekend program covering both a Practice Track and an Exam Track for UPSC/TSPSC aspirants, ₹9,999 one-time. Choose based on how much time you have and what you need.
